“I am very happy that I started my at-home exercise program with Carolyn from Ever Endure. After discussing my interest in personal training with Jason, he chose the right trainer for me. She always changes the routines to keep it interesting and we play upbeat music to keep it fun! Working with a personal trainer is a luxury, but is essential for strength, motivation and variety of routines. Ever Endure is interested in your goals and will tailor a plan for you. I am very pleased with the flexibility of Carolyn, my trainer, she is easy to book sessions with at various times of the day. I highly recommend Ever Endure.”

As 60-somethings, my husband and I are not interested in being triathletes, but we do have ambitious fitness goals. Jason has been a terrific guide and Monique has been wonderful to work with as our trainer. Can't recommend Ever Endure enough!

I was looking for a personal trainer that could focus on cardio goals, ideally by developing a workout that elevated my heart rate and maintained it in the 75%-85% of max zone throughout the workout. I do not live in New York City, so I needed a trainer that could work with me virtually. I explained these cardio goals to Jason, and he quickly matched me with Monique, who understood exactly what I wanted. She is very talented and designed a program that is tailored to my abilities and interests, and she was highly effective working over FaceTime. I would recommend Ever Endure and Monique to anyone who is looking for custom workouts.

I am 72 years old, and I have been training with my trainer since I was 60. I am joking a bit, but I really think he has staved off some of the aging process for me. At this time, our sessions are a bit different from the ones we did in 2011. We still do weight training, and also flexibility training, and exercises to strengthen my back, keep my hips and shoulders loose and other functional exercises. Since I now have osteoporosis, my trainer has carefully researched that condition, and works with me with that in mind. He really knows his stuff and can, for example, adjust my position to account for the occasional ache or pain. He encourages but does not push too far, and he is personable, and I now count him as a friend. I can’t say that exercising is fun, but he makes it as enjoyable as exercise can be!

When I was in my 20's to my 40's I would think nothing of going to the gym and throwing weights around on my own. As I have gotten older, I have become smarter and realized that while every study I have read emphasizes how important working out and weightlifting is, I needed to have a more scientific and intelligent approach to how I go about working out. Finding a trainer and the right trainer was a key, I am a cyclist and wanted someone who understood those demands as well as the need to turn back or to help slow the march of time! I found the right trainer and we work on things that I could not or would not do on my own. I learned the importance of warming up and strengthening my core. This in turn has limited my susceptibility to injury. My trainer provides workouts that add strength, of course, but tone too, and help with my coordination and balance which become issues as one ages. People tell me I don't look my age and while some of that is likely genetic, much is attributable to how I train and to my trainer. Aging gracefully and intelligently includes many factors, but having a good trainer that knows you and is familiar with your sports interests is a key factor. I am a better, more confident cyclist and am better able to meet the challenges brought on by the aging process because I found the right trainer for me. I highly recommend that you utilize Ever Endure and find the right trainer for you! Live a better older life!

I’ve been active for the past 50 years, working out and participating in competitive and leisure sports. Now I concentrate on eating healthy and remaining active, which still includes cardio fitness and strength training to maintain strength and increase endurance. Whether it’s group fitness or one-on-one training, it’s more important to stretch and work on mobility and balance. Part of my weekly schedule is to train one-on-one with my trainer in my apartment with as little as a mat, dumbbells, a kettle bell and bodyweight exercises.

In my 60's, I joined a gym and started regular supervised exercise. 20 years, later it is more important than ever! The strength training, flexibility and balance exercises have helped maintain an active lifestyle. I credit the regular sessions with my trainer, a healthy diet and brisk walks. The only regret is that I didn't start this regimen sooner. If I can do it, you can do it!
